The main Box Office for the ESSAR Centre is located on the concourse level at the North West end of the facility.  Box Office hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 - 5:00, Sat. 10:00 - 2:00.  Summer hours from May - August are Monday to Friday 10:00 - 4:00.
